I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that I was impressed with the level of luxury and comfort provided. The location is fantastic, as it is situated close to the lake and just a short walk from the mall. It really felt like I was staying in a castle, with the charming architecture and elegant design.

I highly recommend this hotel to friends and fellow travelers.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The best aspects were the convenient location, from where we could easily walk up to the lake and visit the nearby castle. In addition to that, the transportation service provided by the hotel was incredibly useful in avoiding the traffic. The staff members were friendly and always happy to assist us throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the cleanliness, as the hotel rooms were spotless and well-maintained.

Nothing it was perfect.

the hotel's location is fantastic, being near both downtown and the lake. the room was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. the service was impressive, and the breakfast selection was good. the hotel staff was courteous, offering shuttle service up to the mall.

One minor issue we had was the challenging road access to the hotel.

Great location with stunning views of the hillside. the complimentary shuttle service provided were appreciated, as it saved us hassle and money in hiring a cab.

The housekeeping service could be improved as we found some dust and debris under the side tables upon arrival. we had some trouble with the hot water supply in the bathroom, which fluctuated in temperature frequently.

The food quality exemplary, service fast, transport facility provided, helpful staff, clean rooms.

The hotel has good food and the pick-up service is helpful in such a busy city. The location is prime and close to most attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating which made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel rooms were overpriced and not up to par. We had to fight for a room that was not in an odd shape which was frustrating.
